Chris Potterpin
Chris Potterpin is a Principal of Repvblik and Vice President of PK Companies, LLC. PK Companies develops, owns, and manages over 5,200 units of affordable and market-rate housing throughout the Midwest, Texas, and California. As the President of PK Development, he implements the strategic goals of PK, oversees the formation of a pipeline of real estate opportunities, advocates to make more resources available for affordable housing, and streamlines various financing programs. Chris is also a Principal of Repvblik LLC, which focuses on the adaptive reuse of all classes of real estate into workforce housing.
He serves as President of the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH), the nation’s premier association for participants in the affordable rural housing profession. He also serves as President of the Michigan Housing Council, the longest-serving statewide association of affordable housing professionals in the United States. In addition, Chris is a Board member of the Ohio Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (OCARH). Prior to joining PK, he worked for five years with Great Lakes Capital Fund, now Cinnaire Corporation, as an asset manager and a development analyst. Chris holds a BA in finance from Michigan State University.
